Description

Concerns having the ability for providing Community Corrections Center (CCC) and Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) services for male and femal federal offenders in the greater Peoria, IL area (Peoria, Woodford, McLean, Tazewell, Mercer, Knox, Henry and Rock Island Counties). Services required inlcude care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical service, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Statements of Work (SOW) for CCC services and TDAT services. A firm-fixed, unit price, requirements type contract is anticipated. Location of the facility shall be in the Peoria, Illinois area. Estimated total number of inmate days are 14,600 for the base period; estimated total number of inmate days are 7,300 for option years one, two and three. The estimated RFP issue date is on or about September 3, 2001 and the estimated closing date is 11/5/01. The contract base period is two years, with three (1) one year options, to renew.
