Hand Tree Planting of approximately 283,000 container seedlings on approximately 625 acres on the Townsend Ranger District, Helena National Forest. Project is located in Lewis & Clark and Broadwater Counties, Montana. The NAICS Code for this project is 11531. Offer of award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer, is most advantageous to the Government, considering, but not limited to, factors such as price, Contractor capacity to do the work, experience with this type of work, and past performance. Estimated issue date for this solicitation is August 22, 2001. Estimated start work date is May 1, 2002. Estimated time for completion is 30 calendar days.
