Description

Reference is made to Submission No. 50S8Y8 dated 25 July 2001. The following is added to the original submission: Source Selection procedures will be utilized. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Experience/Past Performance, Quality Assurance Plan, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements Program, and JWOD. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. Please be advised that the above due date of 09/14/01 is an approximate date. The actual due date will be 30 days after the actual issue date of the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issuance date is 15 August 2001. See numbered notes 9, 23, and 26.
