Description

System: HAWK, PRON: D1084868, Nomenclature: Test Set Group, Radar, NSN: 6625-01-312-9861, PN: 13235028. The current known quantity for this item is (8) eight each. This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctiation du e to the customer s changing supply demands. As such, an incremental quantity solicitation will be issued utilizing incremental quantity program provisions. The minimum quantity is (5) five, the known quantity is (8) eight, and the maximum quantity is 13. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Contractor tested first articl e required. Delivery schedule 155 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess suffic ient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Gover nment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed.
