Description
Furnish an electric fish barrier consisting of six (6) 1.5 KW mats with electrodes creating an electrical field, drawing approximately 600 watts of power; 25 foot by 100 foot poly canvas array with embedded 3/8 inch stainless steel cable electrodes; 6 each 1.5 KW pow pulsators wired for 240V, 60Hz, 100 ohms; all wire and connectors for connecting the array to the pulsators (up to 10 meters). Also require one technicial to assist with the installation, startup, track and plot field strengths, trouble shoot the electronics, and to train personel with operation and safety issues. The quote will also contain all per diem and travel expenses. The following is information which may be helpful in forming your quote: channel is 1 meter deep; channel bottom is reasonable level or flat (no severe steep angles); the bottom is such the leading and trailing edges can be buried; Government will supply labor to install barrier components; Government will provide electrical power to the power distribution panel for the pulsators. Vendors will submit catalog information on the items they will be furnishing. This is a small business set aside. Quotes may be submitted by other than small businesses. Their quotes will be reviewed only if 2 or more small businesses have not submitted quotes.*****
