Description

Modification to synopsis posted in July 17, 2001 Commerce Business Daily. Increase maximum quantity of LPU-37/P Low Profile Floatation Collars from 250 to 425. SEI retains proprietary rights to the floatation collars and is the only source for these collars. Delivery Schedule for Navy: 120 days after date of award with early and partial shipments acceptable. Delivery of the LPU-37/P's has priority over the LPU-34/P's. Delivery Schedule for Army: 200 units per month with first delivery 120 days after date of award with early and partial shipments acceptable. Final delivery by September 30, 2002. FOB: Destination. Delivery destinations will be specified in the order. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 8, 2001 and will be available through the China Lake 2.0 Contracts Competency homepage at http://www.nawcwpns.navy.mil/~contract/homepubl.htm. Anticipate award by September 4, 2001. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency.
