Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source Deliver Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main St. Stratford, Ct. 06601 to provide dynamic component engineering effort for the MH-60R Helicopter Program. This engineering effort includes the analysis, design, test and qualification of dynamic components in the MH-60R aircraft. SAC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the MH-60R aircraft and the only known source possessing the knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to perform this effort. See Note 22.
