Description

The Houston VA Medical Center is contemplating the renovation of an area, located on the 6th floor of Building 100 in the main hospital, for the consolidation of all Mental Health Programs. Architect Engineeing firms experienced in mental health planning and design are requested to submit statement of qualification forms 254 and 255 to provide A/E and MEP technical services for the design and preparation of construction bid documents for the this project. All responsible sources may submit refernced documentation by August 10, 2001, which will be considered by this agency.
