Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work in conjunction with replacing the roof at Building S-6, Whiteman AFB MO. Work Required: Replace the existing 12,000 Sq. Ft. (approximate) flat roof for facility S-6 with a 4/12 pitch standing seam metal roof. The magnitude of the project is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS Code is 235610; Size Standard $11.5 million. The solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Evaluation will based on the Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures IAW FAR Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation. No paper copies of this solicitation will be available. The solicitation will be distributed on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Internet site only ( http://www.eps.gov) on or about 08 August 2001.
