Description

Work shall include development of construction drawings and specifications, and construction services. All design and construction will comply with applicable VA / Building / Safety / Fire / Health Care Facility codes. All design shall be completed by registered Professional personnel of each discipline of work. Perform demolition and renovation of approximately 4800 square feet of existing floor space in the Emergency Room Treatment area, adjacent clinic, and office areas located in the east side of the Outpatient Clinic and correction of Life Safety Code deficiencies, Veterans Administration 2401 W.
