Description

Provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 94-0058, "Repair Outfall Structures", in strict accordance with plans and specifications. Project involves the replacing of existing culverts, cleaning and reshaping of exiting ditch, installing riprap, and installing sluice gates on the new culverts. Work is located at Minot AFB, North Dakota. Work is 100% general. Project magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. Project solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 24 Jul 01. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet; the address is http://www.eps.gov. Anyone wishing to participate on this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed out of this office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update their files. Contractors wishing to be placed on a "Bidders List" must make their request, either by facsimile, (701) 723-4179, attention Mr. Robert Nowak, or by email, bob.nowak@minot.af.mil. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition and is open to both large and small businesses.
