Description

ONLY PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE. Description of Work: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment required to replace central energy plant distribution systems, building connections, and construct independent boiler systems in various facilities. The work will be phased in increments that will be issued as task orders against the base contract. The base contract will consist of a base period and two option periods of one year each. All phases will be priced for each of the three periods. The estimated cost range of the project is more than $10,000,000. Network Analysis will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656). This solicitation will be issued and made available on or about July 16, 2001.
