Description

1. Coronado National Forest, Santa Catalina Ranger District, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting for the renovation of site facilities at the Sabino Canyon Visitor Center to include: 2. Demolition of existing toilet building, portions of existing courtyard wall, concrete pavement, curb, and bollards. 3. Construction of new restroom with utilities, an interpretive ramada, a vending building, and miscellaneous site features to include concrete and brick pavement, masonry benches, bronze signage, trash bins, bollards, and curbs. 4. Landscaping to include native plants, large boulders, and an irrigation system. 5. Price range: $500,000 to $1,000,000. 6. Contract time: 180 days. 7. Anticipated start work date: 09/01/01 8.
