Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 11,500 rentable square feet of office space for the Social Security Administration. Unique Requirements: Fully serviced single story, single tenant building. 87 parking spaces configured with split parking lots to distinguish employee parking from public parking. Location: The land must be located along a bus line within the City limits of Las Cruces. Term: The space is required for 10 years, with the Government having the right to terminate after 7 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be received by telephone or in writing no later than July 20, 2001. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offerer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of the General Services Administration.
