Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order, on a sole source basis, with O'Connor Consulting Services, to provide professional support services for the 2001 DOD ACTD Managers Conference to be held in September 2001 at Fort Belvoir, VA. The contractor for this effort must have expert knowledge of the ACTD process, in-depth knowledge of current issues surrounding the ACTD program, expertise as a conference planner and moderator, and in-depth knowledge and insight regarding the preferences and concerns of ACTD managers and senior staff members of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Armed Services, and Defense Agencies who participate in the ACTD process. O'Connor Consulting Services has the technical expertise and extensive experience in developing, managing and executing ACTD programs, preparation and development of ACTD instructional material and developing and coordinating ACTD information conferences and programs. Mr. Michael O'Connor has organized the annual ACTD Managers Conference since it's inception in 1996 and wrote the ACTD Managers Reference Guide. O'Connor Consulting Services is the only known source to have the required experience and proven performance to support the Government's requirements for the ACTD Managers Conference.*****
