Description

FISC-San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a "Sole Source" requirement for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 FAR Part 12 and Part 13. New material procurement for (3) each Recording Head Assemblies, Model KS-153 and repair services are required for Government owned "Recording Head Assemblies" (4) each Model KA-99 and (5) each KS-153. Inspection, repair and calibration/testing services are required. The Original Equipment Manufacturer and repair facility for this procurement is Optotek Limited, FSCM: 38183, Kanata, Ontario, Canada. This procurement is issued as restricted. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Central Contractor Registration" (CCR) is required and applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter ineligible for award of a contract/purchase order. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
