- The Navy Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source contract to Paladin Technologies, 1602 Nightengale Circle, Lindenhurst, Ill. 60046-9500 for development of IA Tool Set under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for the period from July 20, 2001 to October 20, 2001
