Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a follow-on purchase order to HVR Consulting Services Limited, Selborne House, Mill Lane, Alton, Hampshire GU34 2QJ, United Kingdom to provide enhancements to its existing Operations and Support Cost Analysis Model (OSCAM) in support of the Marine Corps Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAAV) program. The OSCAM(AAAV) model was previously developed by HVR Consulting Services for the Marine Corps Direct Reporting Program Manager -- Advanced Amphibious Assault (DRPM AAA) for support of cost estimates on the AAAV.
