Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Corporate Executive Board which provides membership to the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC). CLC provides research, studies, data and professional information on Human Resource programs from HR executives of leading corporations worldwide. The reports and services provided will assist DIA in it's Human Resource Reforms Initiative. CLC provides research focused on strategic management and change in the corporate enterprise through identification and dissemination of best-demonstrated practices from corporate human resources initiatives worldwide. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Vendors who posses similar skills and expertise are encouraged to contact the POC of this requirement listed below. Responses should be submitted by e-mail, telephone, or via facsimile. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
