Description

This is an amendment to Reference Number 01-471-1159 posted June 26, 2001 to enter into a sole source contract with the Center for Venture Research at the University of New Hampshire/Whittemore School of Business and Economics. The response date has been amended to July 26, 2001. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed-price contract on or before August 1, 2001. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 253-(c)(1), Only one responsible source. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is not available.
