Description

Brand new Model 2002, 2001, or 2000: Three -- 5 ton diesel trucks  Single axle  Heavy-duty all around  Modified for carrying/sitting 20 troops facing-out to cover 360 degrees  210-220 Wheel base  Armored cabin doors and bed sidewalls (4 ft high) armored to provide protection against AK-47 (7.62 x 39mm ball) required, M-80 (7.62 x 51mm ball) desired, to include ballistics protected glass around the cabin, run flat tires, a/c, bed will not have top  Truck-bed will have a crew-served weapon emplacement (M60/MK19) in the front of the bed right behind the cabin  Trailer towing package  Car jack to accommodate lifting of truck after armoring  Any colors except red, orange, or purple  Armoring must be finished to give vehicle original manufactures appearance characteristics Brand new Model 2002 or 2001 Three 10-15ft. Trailers  Unarmored  Aluminum  Covered  Electrical wiring and trailer hutch must be compatible with 5-ton diesel truck  Any colors except red, orange, or purple TACOM intends to use commercial practices, components, and technology to the maximum extent possible. TACOM intends that the production contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements type contract for three 5-ton diesel trucks and three trailers.
