SOLE SOURCE, Aeroaire Corporation, 2650 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, FL 33763, P/N 70TH000-1, 3 EACH, Noun: UH-60 Cabin Heating System to include mounting provisions, air distribution system, hardware, and heater pallet for Blackhawk helicopters. Destination: 24th MED, AASF, 2601 NW 25th Street, Lincoln, NE 68524, Delivery: 15 August 2001; The appropriate response date will be 20 July 2001. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. Only faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), Justification: Supplies required are available from only one known source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one known source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. The anticipated award date will be 15 days after issuance of this notice.
