Description
SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: DAAH23-01-R-0772; PRON: AX1C0393AX; NSN: 1615-01-319-5091; Quantity: 100 each, including a 100 percent option quantity to be exercised within 365 days of contract award; Part Number: 145D3500-16; Sole Source to Boeing Helicopter Division; Noun: Coupling, Drive Shaft; NAICS Code: 336413; Closing Date: 2001 August 23; Applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 10 each 488 days after contract award (DACA), and 10 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 378 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 10 each 390 DACA, and 10 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
