Description

RFP: SP0440-01-R-3677: Offers will be solicited for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, with a base year and four option years. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (6685-00-557-0215) for an INDICATOR, PRESSURE. FOB:Destination. Inspection and Acceptance: Origin. Delivery 135 days ARO for F/A/T requirement. Time to test first article: 120 days. Time to approve first article test: 30 days. Delivery 135 days after receipt of F/A/T acceptance (420 DARO). Quantity variance is plus or minus 10%. This is a critical application item requiring First Article Testing Contractor (F/A/T). Ten units are required for testing. F/A/T shall consist of all tests required for qualification. F/A/T report shall show the particular inspection procedure, requirements and the exact data value of the results of each required test/examination.
