Description

Demolition of two existing bituminous tennis courts, fencing and overhead lights. Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work incidental to the construction of two new concrete tennis courts, new fencing and new overhead lighting in location of demolished tennis courts. The estimated date for the availability of plans and specifications is July 2001. The estimated Bid Opening Date is August 2001. This is project may be awarded in September or may be awarded as late as December 2001. The "Availability of Funds Clause" will be in the Solicitation. The time for completion is 180 calendar days. The cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. The NAICS code for this project is 23599. This project is advertised on an unrestricted basis. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), the solicitation will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil (website). Hard copies (paper sets) of CD-ROM of solicitation WILL NOT be provided by the Government. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, can be downloaded from the website.
