Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidental supplies necessary to construct up to Five (5) Sweet Smelling Toilet (SST) Buildings at various locations on the Tell City Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest, Perry County, Indiana. The buildings will be constructed using the Hoosier National Forest Design and locally available materials. Work will include, but is not limited to: 1( Excavation and site work; 2) Installatin of septic tanks; 3) Concrete slab floors; 4) Concrete Masonry unit walls; 5) Standard Wood Roof; and 6) necessary site work. A pre-quote showing/site visit will be held on July 19, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. local time starting at the Tipsaw Lake Recreation Area Entrance Station. This project will be solicited using the Request for Quotation format and will be solicited on an unrestricted (no set-aside) basis. The estimated project value is between $25,000 and $100,000.
