Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a twelve (12) month simplified acquisition. The goal of this acquisition is to 1) Develop quality of care indicators for Bipolar disorder; 2) Conduct testing and validation of quality indicators; 3) Conduct analyses to better understand factors affecting the provision of guideline consistent care and distinguish clinically inappropriate reasons for guideline non-conformance and 4) Enhance the feasibility and utility of internet-based data collection and outcomes monitoring systems in routine psychiatric practice.
