Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT)through the General Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center is soliciting bids to award a twelve month Simplified Acquisition for providing CMHS with technical consultation in the development of a strategy for analyzing data to be collected through the Community Mental Health Services Block Grant applications. The contractor will meet with various Federal officials to develop a vision for the utilization of data to be reported by the States through the Block Grant Application and the Data Infrastucture grants.
