Description

Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for Facility Demolition and Asbestos Abatement at Beale AFB, CA. The work includes demolition and removal of all construction to the full depth of foundation below grade, as well as the taking out or stripping of asbestos, tremolite, anthophylite antinoline or materials containing asbestos. The proposed solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 235940 size standard of $11.5 million. This solicitation will use competitive Request for Proposal procedures. The proposed contract is a one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with two option years. The solicitation and attachments will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site and is released as of 26 Jun 2001. Quotes are estimated to be due no later than 2:30 pm (1430) 27 July, 2001. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
