Maintenance Service of Government-owned Siemens equipment: Angiostar/Polytron 1000 VR with Polydoros 100s Generator and other attached components, for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with option to extend term of contract for two additional one-year periods. North American Industry Classification System No. 811219 is applicable (size standard $5 million). As authorized by FAR 13.5, a written Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued approximately July 13, 2001 as a commercial items procurement, and may be requested in writing by all responsible sources
