Description

The Government intends to obtain contractual coverage for Quality Asurance testing of AC-130 Flexible Linear Shape Charge Assemblies, NSN 1377-01-003-1175, Project: MJ010606AOE. Testing to include labor, material, and equipment. To include all required reports and data. UPCo-CA is the only known source that can satisfy the Air Force requirements for this procurement of testing. Delivery is 120 days after receipt of assets IAW contractor generated Statement of Work (SOW). The approximate issue/response date will be 17 JUL 2001. The anticipated award date will be 06 AUG 2001. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
