Description

The Government intends to obtain contractual coverage for Quality Assurance Testing C-17 FEDS Panel Assemblies, NSN 1377-VARIOUS Project: MJ010607BTM. McCormick Selph, Inc. (MSI) has data obtained from the initial acceptance and qualification tesing along with other conditions required to function test these items. MSI is the only known source that can satisfy the Air Force requirements for this procurement of testing. To include all required reports and data. Delivery is 120 days after receipt of assets IAW contractor generated Statement of Work (SOW). The approximate issue/response date will be 17 JUL 2001. The anticipated award date will be 06 AUG 2001. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
