Description

Under authority granted in FAR 6.302-1, US EPA intends to seek a quotation on a sole source basis from Rupprecht & Patashnick Co., Inc. to supply two (2) on-board exhaust particulate matter (PM) mass measurement systems. The Contractor shall have the capability to supply two (2) PM mass measurement systems that can be used on-board non-road diesel powered equipment to measure exhaust PM mass concentration using existing aerosol sensing technology. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. nterested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sources wishing to be considered must submit documentation to the office identified above. Documentation must be submitted by July 3, 2001.
