See Notes 1, 9, and 26. This is an acquisition for 498,240 pair of Insignia, Grade, E.P. Private lst Class E-3 subdued Army/8455-00-107-0086. This acquisition is a Total 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The negotiated type of procurement will be utilized. Two (2)100% quantity options will be included. There will be 6 deliveries for the New Cumberland Depot and 6 deliveries for the Arizona Ind. f/Blind. Deliveries will be required 180 days after award. Prior history was Ira Green at a pair price of $.25. The issue and close dates have not been established as yet but tentative dates are: issue date of 7-12-01 with a close date of 8-13-01.
