Description

The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, has a requirement for Oscillator and Oscillator upgrades along with techical support. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price contract to Continuum, Santa Clara, CA. This manufacturer must perform the upgrade because they are the only company with expertise. This is a special type of laser that produces very short pulses for a unique type of research that probes the physical characteristics of developmental materials on atomic time scales. Any data from other sources would not provide Natick with valuable information to execute their programs. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination by the cognizant receiving authority.
