Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Subpart12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 301811Q135 for this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 90-45. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be followed. This is 100% total set aside for small business. NAICS: 444210; 500 employees. A firm fixed-price contract will be awarded. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Provide your written quotation for a tractor per the following specifications: Minimum 145 PTO horse power Turbo charged diesel engine, front wheel assist; elevating hood with gas assist springs to aid in servicing and serviceability; Deluxe cab -- cab sound proofing at 72dB or lower,Am/Fm radio, windshield sunscreen, external extendable rearview mirrors, self-canceling turn signals, remote fender hitch switch, rear window washer wiper, 4 cab work lights, 3 lower cab lights, headlights with side lamps; 16 forward, 12 reverse powershift transmission; Forward/Neutral/Reverse shift on the go power shuttle; 14.9R30 R1W front tires; 18.4R42 R1 rear tires with duals; 3 remote hydraulic outlets; 31.6 gpm hydraulic system minimum; engine block heater; tool box; front weight bracket with 600 pounds weight; 540/1000 rpm PTO shaft; minimum 3 point hitch capacity 14,000 pounds (needed for pasture renovation, pulling equipment). Show a separate price for delivery. Delivery and unloading required at: Mingo NWR, 24279 State Highway 51, Puxico, Missouri 63960. Service for the tractor must be available within a 50-mile radius of Mingo NWR. Delivery by 30 days ARO.
