Item 0001 NSN 1377-00-596-9673ES P/N: 2-100210, Fire ext squib is a steel cylinder with a hexagonal midsection. It is 1.18" long,. 69 diameter. Electrically initiated uses explosive charge to rupture fire bottle burst disc releasing fire ext agent. Electrical connector end and one externally at fitting end. The squib contains two bridge wires for positive initiation and explosive charge of high temp powder. To include all required reports and data. 490ea. Applicable to: C-5a. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained.
