Description

The DVAMC, Tuscaloosa, AL intends to negotiate with Druid City Hospital on a sole source basis for performance of Pre-Employment Services. These services shall include but may not be limited to a variety of screenings and physical testing. Any offeror purporting to be able to furnish these types of services and have a full service facility currently located within a 10-mile radius of the Medical Center may submit a written response demonstrating such a capability, with supporting information, by 06-29-01. Submission may be via fax to (205) 933-4489, mailed to the address indicated above (ensuring receipt by 06-29-01) or overnight delivered to: Contracting Office, 807 20th Street S. Room 200, Birmingham, AL 35205. Any offeror submitting capability information are encouraged to verify receipt of such on or before 06-29-01. Note number 22 applies.
