Year1=60 each Year2=60 each. Deliveries are F.O.B. Destination to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. The approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Purdy Corporation, and Fenn Manufacturing. RAF Industries is an approved source. Required delivery when First Article Testing (FAT) is applicable 420 days after contract award. Required delivery when First Article Test (FAT) is not applicable 280 days after contract award. Item Number 0001AA requires two bids (1) Bid A, With FAT and (2) Bid B, No FAT required. Bid A, when FAT is required delivery is due 420 days after contract award and (2) Bid B, No FAT required delivery is due 280 days after award of contract.
