Description

Proposals are solicited for the repair of roads located on the Clackamas River Ranger District, USDA Forest Service, Mt. Hood National Forest, Clackamas County, Oregon, Oregon. Work will consist of fixing approximately 7 ERFO sites on the following roads: Road 4620 at MP 13.9; Road 4622 at MP 2.8; Road 5410 at MP 2.1; Road 57 at MP 2.7; Road 63 at MP 5.0, Road 6310 at MP 4.6, and Road 6380 at MP 0.7. Work consists of excavation of road, sub grade, fill cleaning culverts, then rebuilding road prism with pit run, riprap, underdrains, processing aggregate, asphalt work, plus some overlays, installing perf-pipe, CMP's, geotextiles, Geocomposite Drain system, geogrids, welded wire, walls, gabions, machine placed riprap, guardrails, minor cleaning, stream channel work, and hauling off old CMP's off Forest Service land. The work is expected to begin on or about August 1, 2001. The contract time is 90 calendar days.
