Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct a compacted earthfill embankment over the top of an existing earthfill embankment. Location of this project is in Blain County, Montana. Contractor will furnish approximately 30,910 cubic yards of common embankment -- compacted. Contractor will have 60 days to complete the project after Notice To Proceed is issued. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or Payment Bond within 15 days of Notice of Award. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business. See Note 1. Solicitation will be available on June 22, 2001.
