- Description
- This is a MODIFICATION to CBD Notice of 31 May 2001 for the lease of digital numeric pagers. Delete all references to Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 and FAR Subpart 13.5. This requirement will be solicited under Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.1 and Acquisition of Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 only.
