Description

F -- The work consists of application of a herbicide by helicopter to control tree and brush growth along designated treatment areas, and environmental protection. The period of service is for a base year with four (4) one year options to extend services not to exceed a total of five (5) years. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. For the purpose of this procurement, to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceeding 3 fiscal years not exceeding $5.0 million. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification Code 0711, NAICS 115112.
