Description

The following project is located on the Fremont National Forest, Bly and Silver Lake Ranger Districts. This project is to drill, shoot, crush and stockpile 6880 cubic meters type Base, grading E in two quarries for a total of 13760 m3. Quarry locations are Strawberry Quarry, Bly Ranger District T39S, R16E, Sec 33. Camp 9 Quarry, Silverlake Ranger District, T31S, R15E, Sec 32, NE 1/4. Expected start work date is August 1, 2001. The following bonds will be required: 20% bid bond, 100% performance bond, 100% payment bond. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Expected issue date is July 2. Expected open date is July 31. This is a Hub-Zone Set Aside.
