FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Critical item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 36. 20 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and 16 to be delivered to Stockton, CA within 75 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP.
