- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Tenebraex Corporation located in Boston, MA for the manufacture and delivery of 3,750 Anti-Reflection Devices (ARDs). The ARDs are a commercial item patented by Tenebraex Corporation. See Note 22.
