Description

DESCRIPTION: The National Institute of Standards and Technology, = NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland, has a requirement for sealant restoration = work on an underground flume tank in a confined space. The flume tank = is a vessel used as a water reservoir for fluid flow experiment. Work = must comply with all state and local codes as well as Occupational = Safety and Health Administration, OSHA regulations. NAICS Code is = 235210. Period of performance for this requirement is 60 days after = receipt of order. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed = price purchase order. Award will be made on the basis of the best value = to the Government with price, technical and past performance factors = considered. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. See = Numbered Notes 1 and 26. Contract award will be made on the basis of = the best value to the Government with price, technical and past = performance factors considered. This solicitation is being conducted = as a Simplified acquisition and is being procured using the simplified = procedures identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart = 13.
