Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 10,500 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 8,897 BOMA usable square feet for the Social Security Administration. Onsite parking is required in accordance with local city codes with no additional cost to the government and 50 parking spaces are to be assigned for official use. LEASE TERM: 10 years firm for new construction 10 years, 5 years firm for existing space. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous on one floor, with the exception of the storage/mail room, training/multipurpose room, or both which may be separated from the primary space by a public corridor. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city limits. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
