Description

The contractor shall provide services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor and equipment to operate, maintain, repair, improve and construct real property, facilities and equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and all terms and conditions in the solicitation for the Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, VA. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of commercial Items. A firm-fixed price type contract will be awarded by 30 September 2001. The base period of performance will be on or about 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 with four (4) one year option periods, if exercised by the Government. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561210 with a size standard of $20 million. For the calculation of annual receipts and number of employees see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBA's Small Business Size Regulations, http://www.sba.gov/regulations/121/. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this office.
