Description

The U.S. Department of State, Office of Logistics management is seeking qualified real estate firms with global capabilities to provide the following services related to their overseas property portfolio: Acquisition Services -- identifying, evaluating and acquiring properties and services in support of the purchase, exchange or other acquisition of real property overseas; Market Research Services-Conducting market research in support of acquisition activities and other global regional or country-wide portfolio management strategies and activities; Tenant Representation Services- Identifying, evaluating and leasing real property overseas. Leased and owned property types include office, warehouse, land recreation, residential (single and multi-family), mixed-use and others, all related to the U.S. Government's diplomatic missions abroad. The Department's portfolio includes over 12,000 leased and owned properties spread around the world with locations in nearly every country. These services are related solely to properties located outside the United States. Department of State anticipates awarding Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) to multiple firms for these services. A security clearance is not required. Interested firms are requested to submit qualification packages that demonstrate the offeror abilities to perform the tasks identified above. The information must demonstrate past examples of real estate purchases at overseas locations. The examples shall consist of at least five(5) separate Acquisitions and Market Research and Tenant Representation in the overseas commercial real estate arena. Information provided must include location, property type, acquisition value, market research methods, customer point of contact and current phone number and fax.
